Full of holiday spirit!

Thanksgiving is barely over and you’re ready to put up the tree and decorations. Your goal is to make everyone around you happier for the holidays, and you accomplish this by giving lots of gifts and singing holiday tunes at the top of your lungs. Your spreading of holiday cheer makes you a popular person to have around, which means lots of party invitations and fun! Just make sure you take time for your health too and to enjoy your friends and family. Head outdoors with your BFFs for a snowball fight or a walk around the neighborhood to check out all the lights. Make some hot cocoa (with milk to keep your bones strong!) and play games with your family by the fire.

Holiday ho ho hum

You enjoy the holidays but don’t get carried away either. You watch the holiday show reruns you loved as a kid and go with your parents to look at the holiday lights, but only because they make you. Holiday shopping can still get you singing a carol or two, though—at least for the first few hours. For you, the most important thing about the season for you is spending time with friends and family. This year, create some new traditions that are good for your health—and your bones. Build snowmen, start a family football game after dinner, or host a party Best Bones Forever!-style for your BFFs—including a dance party, cheese quesadillas made with holiday cookie cutters, festive dips, and chocolate milk, of course!

Scrooge for the season

Sappy songs on the radio, decorations, long lines at the mall—it all makes you cranky. It’s okay to be in a bad mood every once in a while, but it’s not fun when everyone else is happy and smiling. Take a minute to think about why you dislike the season and then see if you can change any of those things this year to make them better. For example, if the thought of holiday shopping makes you want to hide, go online instead (check out some fun Best Bones Forever! gear). Getting active is also a great way to improve your mood. Bundle up and take a hike with your BFFs, or organize a soccer or basketball game with your cousins.

This quiz is just for fun! If you have questions about nutrition, physical activity, or bone health, be sure to talk to your doctor.
